Why Freeze?

Need to take a break? No problem! When life gets busy, simply freeze / “pause” your membership and come back to it when you’re ready. Our flexible Stay & Save program allows you to preserve your membership rate, perks and benefits while you are unable to use the services. When you’re ready, just visit any club to pick up where you left off!

Is there a limit on my freeze?

Nope! Freeze as long as you need. Once you request a freeze, your membership will remain on Stay & Save until you activate your services.

Does it cost to freeze my membership?

Preserve your membership for just $5/mo. Once you reactivate, you will receive a store credit for your accumulated freeze payments. This credit may be used toward any in spa purchases, treatments or upgrades!

How do I freeze?

Simply complete the freeze form and a member of our team will confirm your request within 24-48 hours.
