Halotherapy or 'Halo' is an all-natural therapy, also known as 'salt therapy' or 'sea salt therapy'. It uses pharmaceutical grade salt to promote better breathing, healthier skin, sounder sleep, improved physical fitness, endurance and overall wellness.
